This Refund Policy applies to purchases of AUXJACK LLC ("AUXJACK", "we", "us") software products. It forms part of how Section 15 of the AUXJACK Master End User License Agreement works in practice.

The short version: every product has a free 7-day trial, so try before you buy. All sales are final.

1. TRY FIRST

Every AUXJACK product offers a free 7-day trial. Please use it to confirm the product works with your system, host software and workflow before you buy.

2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

Any other refund is at AUXJACK's sole discretion. To ask for one, email support@auxjackaudio.com with:

the email address used for your purchase;

your order number; and

the product name and the reason for your request.

3. TECHNICAL ISSUES

If a product does not work as described on a supported system (listed on the product page), contact support. We will always do our best to resolve the problem. Contacting support does not create a right to a refund.

4. BILLING DISPUTES

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must tell us at support@auxjackaudio.com within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, the charge is treated as accepted, except where the law gives you a longer period. This does not affect any right under Moonbase's Terms and Conditions for Buyers.

5. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A REFUND

Refunds are issued through Moonbase, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

When a refund is issued, the license is revoked and activations stop working. You must uninstall the product and delete all copies.

6. CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve billing problems faster directly. A license with a chargeback is revoked under Section 15 of the EULA.

7. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law of your country, or under Moonbase's Terms and Conditions for Buyers. If you are a consumer in a country that gives you refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply. EU and EEA consumers can exercise their withdrawal rights as described in Moonbase's Terms and Conditions for Buyers.

8. CHANGES

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the new effective date.
